NEWS: Train to Gain
Train to Gain is a service designed to help businesses of all types and sizes get the training they need to succeed. Managed by the Learning and Skills Council (LSC) across England, Train to Gain has been developed from the highly successful Employer Training Pilots. Eden College will work closely with individual businesses to:
• Identify the skills and requisite training needed to enhance business performance
• Achieve a tailored training package
• Find available funding
• Review progress
Eden College’s Train to Gain programme provides training and skills advice which is impartial, flexible, responsive, and offered at a time and place to suit businesses.As a key training provider Eden College is working with Train to Gain to offer a flexible portfolio of funded and partly funded training from our full range of courses (e.g. NVQs in Advice & Guidance, Health & Social Care, Childcare, Business & Administration, IT and Management)

The college holds the matrix standards for information, advice and guidance for both internal and external service
